တြင္ CD/DVD Drive ေပ်ာက္ပါက
Start Program > Run Box မွာ regedit လို႔ရိုက္ပါ
registry editor ထဲသို႔ ေရာက္သြားပါလိမ့္မယ္
အဲဒီမွာ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
ေပးထားတဲ့ လမ္းေၾကာင္းအတိုင္းသြားၿပီး ဒီမွာ Click တစ္ခ်က္ႏွိပ္ၿပီး{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} သူရဲ႕ညာဘက္မွာ ရွိတဲ့ UpperFilters ေပၚမွာ
ွSelect မွတ္ၿပီး Delete လို႔ေျပာပါ။ အကယ္၍ Confirm ျဖစ္ေအာင္ေမးပါက Yes ႏွိပ္ပါ။
တကယ္လို႔ UpperFilters ကိုရွာလို႔မေတြ႔ပါက LowerFilters ကို Select မွတ္ၿပီး Delete ဖ်က္ပါ။
Confirm ျဖစ္ေအာင္ေမးပါက Yes လို႔ေျပာေပးပါ။
ၿပီးလွ်င္ registry editor ထဲကထြက္ၿပီး
Computer ကို Restart ခ်လိုက္ပါ။

ေပးထားတဲ့ လမ္းေၾကာင္းအတိုင္းသြားၿပီး ဒီမွာ Click တစ္ခ်က္ႏွိပ္ၿပီး{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} သူရဲ႕ညာဘက္မွာ ရွိတဲ့ UpperFilters ေပၚမွာ
ွSelect မွတ္ၿပီး Delete လို႔ေျပာပါ။ အကယ္၍ Confirm ျဖစ္ေအာင္ေမးပါက Yes ႏွိပ္ပါ။
တကယ္လို႔ UpperFilters ကိုရွာလို႔မေတြ႔ပါက LowerFilters ကို Select မွတ္ၿပီး Delete ဖ်က္ပါ။
Confirm ျဖစ္ေအာင္ေမးပါက Yes လို႔ေျပာေပးပါ။
ၿပီးလွ်င္ registry editor ထဲကထြက္ၿပီး
Computer ကို Restart ခ်လိုက္ပါ။
Vistaအတြက္က
XP ၿပီးေတာ့ ဒီတစ္ခါ Vista ေပါ့
Window Vista တြင္ CD/DVD Drive ေပ်ာက္ပါက
ွStart ကိုသြားပါ ၿပီးလွ်င္ search box မွာ regedit လို႔ရိုက္ပါ။
result အေနျဖင့္ regedit.exe က်လာပါလိမ့္မယ္
အကယ္၍မ်ား program ကို run ဖို႔ confirm box က်လာခဲ့လွ်င္ Allow လို႔ေျပာေပးပါ။
ဒါဆို registry editor ထဲကိုေရာက္ပါၿပီ
CD/DVD Drive ေပ်ာက္တာကိုေျဖရွင္းဖို႔ ၄င္းရဲ႕ key ရွိရာေနရာကို Directiories ေတြကိုျဖန္႔ခ်ၿပီး
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
ဒီထိေရာက္ေအာင္သြားလိုက္ပါ
ၿပီးလွ်င္ဒီေနရာမွာClick ႏွိပ္ၿပီး{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
သူရဲ႕ညာဘက္ “Upper filters” ကိုဖ်က္ပါ ၊ ဖ်က္ရန္ အတည္ျပဳခ်က္ေတာင္းပါက Yes လို႔ေျပာေပးပါ။
တကယ္လို႔ “Upper filters” ကိုမေတြ႔ပါက LowerFilters ကိုဖ်က္ပါ၊ အတည္ျပဳခ်က္ေတာင္းခံပါက Yes လို႔ေျပာေပးပါ။
ၿပီးလွ်င္ registry editor ထဲကထြက္ၿပီး စက္ကို restart ခ်လိုက္ပါ။

ၿပီးလွ်င္ registry editor ထဲကထြက္ၿပီး စက္ကို restart ခ်လိုက္ပါ။
Window 7 အတြက္ က
Window 7 တြင္ CD/DVD Drive Missing ျဖစ္ပါက၊ ဒီလိုေလးလုပ္ၾကည့္ပါ။
To fix the problem that dvd drives are not recognized in Windows 7 permanently do the following:
1. Press Windows R, type regedit and press enter.
2. Open the Registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
3. In the right pane, right-click UpperFilters, and then click Delete.
4. Click Yes to confirm the removal of the UpperFilters registry entry.
5. In the right pane, right-click LowerFilters, and then click Delete.
6. Click Yes to confirm the removal of the LowerFilters registry entry.
7. Exit Registry Editor, and then restart the computer.
